En un esfuerzo continuo por aumentar el acceso al deporte a través de su valor central de "Comunidad", NC Triad Fusion ha dado varios pasos importantes para trabajar más de cerca con la comunidad hispana del Triad.

NC Triad Fusion recientemente contrató a Manny Pereda como Administrador de la Comunidad Hispana. Manny ayudará a las familias de habla hispana con las funciones administrativas, como el registro, los calendarios y la comunicación general para garantizar que el club brinde un alto nivel de servicio y comunicación a sus padres y jugadores de habla hispana.

“Originario de Perú, crecí en Nueva Jersey, donde fui nombrado el mejor jugador defensivo de la escuela secundaria. Asistí a Bloomfield College con una beca deportiva completa y fui nombrado Jugador Defensivo del Año para la División II de la NCAA en 2001 y me gradué en 2007 con una Licenciatura en Contabilidad. NC Fusion shares its continued commitment to the Hispanic community through sport

In a continued effort to increase access to sport through its core value of “Community”, NC Triad Fusion has made several large steps in working more closely with the Triad’s Hispanic community.

NC Triad Fusion has recently hired Manny Pereda in the role of Hispanic Community Administrator. Manny will assist Spanish speaking families with administrative functions, such as registration, calendars and general communication to ensure the club provides a high level of service and communication to its Spanish speaking parents and players.

“Originally from Peru, I grew up in New Jersey where I was named the best high school defensive player. I attended Bloomfield College on a full athletic scholarship and was named Defensive Player of the Year for NCAA Division II in 2001 and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. I spent time playing on the NJ Metro Stars Major League Soccer Reserve team. I have now spent 11 years of successfully running many indoor leagues at Winston Salem SoccerPlex and Rise Indoor Sports facilities. After 3 years working as the Director of the Hispanic Outreach for Twin City Soccer, I am very glad to bring my experience back to the NC Fusion Soccer programs,” said Manny.

NC Fusion would also like to announce its continued partnership with several local Hispanic based organizations and coaches.

In Guilford County, NC Fusion is a strong supporter of Pumas NC, an organization owned and operated be Cesar Aburto and Endy Ramirez. Cesar has served as a coach and goalkeeper coach in NC Fusion this year, and several of their teams have had the opportunity to participate in Fusion programs and leagues.

“Working jointly to support our players thrive in and out of the fields has been a gratifying partnership with Fusion. This is an important step on bringing our communities together and growing our soccer family,” said Endy Ramirez.

In Forsyth County, NC Fusion is a strong supporter of Corona FC, an organization owned and operated by Susana Carballo. Susana has served as a coach in NC Fusion this year, and several of her teams have participated in the Fusion Junior Academy program.

“United to give to our community the option to go beyond a soccer game and make them see that hard work and commitment can give them the chance to play in college,” said Susana Carballo.

In addition to the efforts to build intentional relationships with the Hispanic soccer community, NC Fusion provides access to players by providing financial assistance to any players that are unable to participate due to financial situation. NC Fusion is dedicated to providing opportunities in sport to all youth, regardless of the ability to pay, to the extent that financial assistance funds are available. The financial assistance program is funded through community donations.
