Meet Our Advisory Board


Reggie Dillard 

Owner of  Dillard Elite Training & President of Lady Gators Basketball


Reggie is a Greensboro native, he played high school basketball at Dudley and Greensboro Day School (GDS). He received multiple division one scholarships and ultimately decided to go to Presbyterian College. At Presbyterian he was a four-year starter. He graduated PC as one of the most prolific scorers, becoming just the fourth player in PC’s Division I history to record over 1,300 points. He also finished third in career three-pointers made, fourth in field goals made and is the PC Division I leader in assists. He is the only Presbyterian College player in DI history to accumulate over 1,000 points, 400 rebounds, and 300 assists. After college, Reggie was able to take his talents overseas to Finland. He played in top league for two years. After playing pro he decided he wanted to give back to the game and teach young kids life skills through the game of basketball. Reggie since started his own business Dillard Elite Training with his wife Stacia. 

Rev Odell Cleveland

Chief Administrative Officer Of Mt Zion Baptist Church of Greensboro. 


Odell is a nationally recognized leader in helping diverse groups reach common ground related to pressing social problems. With decades of experience in business and nonprofit agency leadership, as well as expertise related to addressing tough societal issues, Odell provides a unique perspective on working with others to find common ground, always focusing on positive outcomes. Odell works with all sectors of society, which has given him unique insight into many of these issues, always based on the importance of providing “a hand up, not a hand out”. Consultant to individuals and organizations, with specific expertise related to poverty, welfare reform and community relations. Odell has been called on by national think tanks such as the Urban Institute and the American Enterprise Institute, as well as many local and regional organizations to provide insights that lead to solutions.

Jill Jones


A dedicated executive with over thirty years of professional experience in a variety of organizations and roles. Jill is a health and well being enthusiast with a zest for life. As a positive role model for youth and adults, Jill has been a teacher, a coach, a motivational speaker, a fundraiser, and a mentor. As a team player, empathetic listener, and believer in underdogs, Jill is driven by humble, positive, and hard working people. Although Jill and her husband, Terry, are both Demon Deacons, they are the proud parents of two amazing Tarheel daughters.

Wes Ward


Wes is married to Sarah with two daughters.  He has served in a vocational and volunteer capacity with churches and nonprofits that desire to love our neighbors as ourselves.  Beyond Sports presents a great opportunity to live this out in a way that gives but also receives good things from those being served.

Jeremy Wright 


Marketing, External Affairs and Operations/ Administration of NC A & T University


Jeremy serves as the Advisor for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at NC A&T University where he coordinates and develops all community service projects for administration and sports teams. He supervises and manages the marketing student workers , interns and employees. Serving as Athletics Departmental liaison for Campus Enterprises, Student Affairs and Develop and Coordinate Fan Engagement and 


Creates Home Day Scripts for PA Announcers, Marketing and Operations Staff. Jeremy’s past role as a behavioral specialist and community liaison with Guilford County Schools gives him great insight into the needs of our local community.
