Spring Programs

Competitive Program

The Competitive level bridges the gap between Recreation and Elite play. This level is for players who have a basic understanding of the game and are ready for more structured practices, increased expectations, and local travel competition.

Recreation Program

For those fairly new to the game or having never played or just looking to keep their skills sharp. Coaches will focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, attacking and defending. Participants will be split up based on age. The two hour Sunday sessions will consist of 45 minutes of skills training followed by 45 minutes of 7v7 games.

Winter Programs

Indoor Competitive Program

The program sessions will be held at the Sedge Garden Recreation Center in Winston Salem.  We will practice and play inter-squad games, as well as attend play dates with teams from other organizations.

Open to players in the 5th-12th grades.

For players in K - 8th grades.

Winter Clinic Series

GIRLS - Five sessions focused on the developing dribbling, passing, defending and shooting skills.  Open to all levels of play. 

BOYS - Three sessions focused on skill development. 

For players in K - 5th grades.

Fall Programs

Recreation

Fall Middle School League

Our goal for the middle school teams is to introduce players to the game of field hockey, teach new skills, play a variety of competitive games, and have fun!  Ultimately we want to prepare middle school players for their high school field hockey teams. All levels invited to play. For players in the 5th-8th grade.

Summer Programs

Summer Camp

Want to get ready for the upcoming Fall field hockey season?  This summer camp series will focus on fitness, skill work, team play, and small-sided game play throughout the summer leading up to the 2023 Fall season.  For players in Kindergarten - 12th grades.
