Come Join the Fun!
This program is the beginning of a journey for our youngest players. As such we have developed a carefully thought out curriculum that focuses on fundamental child development skills, as well as an introduction to the game of soccer. We hope that you and your child enjoy the experience together.

Fusion Recreation relies 100% on parent coaches, no experience needed, their primary role is to create a fun environment for the players.
We provide everything you need for a successful season: weekly practice sessions/curriculum, coaching equipment (cones, pinnies, soccer balls), and director support/oversight. If interested or have any questions, please contact Jacob Harden at jharden@ncfusion.org.
Please consider volunteering, take a look at the video to see just how easy it is!
Director, Andrew Fleming, will guide you through the registration process in the video above.
GRANT FUNDING AVAILABLE
Grant funding is available through Dick's Sporting Goods and All Kids Play to families who lack the resources to pay for youth sports.
More information and applications can be found on the following websites:
We offer a recreation program in the fall and spring seasons in the Greensboro, Kernersville/High Point and Winston Salem areas. You will select the recreation program closest to your home.
The system will then provide you with a list of teams in your player's age group. You may select a team based upon the training date and location that works best for you. Ex. 4U Bears Sun Truist - the 4U Bears team trains on Sundays at the Truist Sports Park. If you'd like your child to participate on the same team as another friend, just be sure to select the same team! See the map below to determine the location nearest your home.
All returning players from the 2024 spring season will have priority to re-join the same team for the 2024 fall season. New players may be placed on a different team if all returning players have registered by June 17th. New players will be contacted if they need to be moved to a new team.
Sessions are offered in the evening on the following days, you will register for the day the best suits your schedule:
Greensboro - Sunday (boys and girls) and Monday (boys only)
Kernersville - Friday
Winston Salem - Sunday (boys and girls), Monday (boys only), Tuesday (girls only)
What if my child wants to play with their friend/sibling in an older age group? Please register your player for a team in their correct age group and contact Recreation Director Jacob Harden (jharden@ncfusion.org) to request a change. Our governing state association, NCYSA, does not allow players to play in a younger age group.
Note: To allow all players the appropriate playing time, once a team is full, additional players can no longer be added.
