Off the field and behind the scenes, our staff has been hard at work investing in their own growth so they can better serve our athletes, families, and community.
This quarter, every full-time staff member created an Individual Development Plan to map out their goals for the year ahead. Many of our coaches have been pursuing additional licensing to reach the next level in their coaching pathways, while others have stepped up to take on new responsibilities where they saw a need.
Our Executive Leadership team also spent two full days together reflecting on the successes of the past year, casting vision for the next three years, and setting clear goals for 2025. In the coming week, our full-time staff will continue that work by tackling issue-solving and goal-setting as we prepare for the new year.
Just yesterday, we were honored to learn from guest speaker Spencer Baird, CEO of Inmar and parent of an NC Fusion player. He shared powerful insights about the journey his organization has been on the past few year and how those lessons connect to the challenges and opportunities in youth sports. Our team walked away with so many valuable nuggets we can apply moving forward. Thank you Spencer, you are a gift!
And because celebrating our people is one of our favorite traditions, we were thrilled to announce our 2025 Staff Core Value Award winners at the recent holiday party:
