All proceeds support the Beyond Sports NC Fusion Foundation, whose mission is to provide intentional opportunities through sports to positively impact people for life by breaking down barriers through access to programming and funding that address equity and unity in the Triad.

We are excited to offer the iPlay program for the fall season, NC Fusion’s community-based program designed for younger athletes with mental or physical disabilities. iPlay is a way to take kids from the sidelines and get them actively participating in the game.

In an effort to bring kids together, both with disabilities and without, our iPlay sessions are centered around the interaction between Athletes and Buddies. Together, they have a chance to play field games, kick goals, hula hoop, toss a frisbee, and enjoy all the activities kids love.

Through iPlay, Athletes and Buddies develop a sense of belonging, learn the value of being part of a team, and improve self-esteem, fitness, and social skills. The program also gives parents the opportunity to connect and socialize while their athlete experiences the joy and benefits of sport.

Registration for both volunteers and participants is now open for the fall season.

NC Fusion will be attending the 33rd Fiesta Festival in Winston-Salem on September 20th to kick off the Hispanic Heritage Month with a day of fun.  We are ready for a lively Fiesta filled with cultural delights, music, delicious food, family fun, and a vibrant celebration of our wonderful community.

Any players interested in joining our Street Team for the event may reach out to John Pardini at jpardini@ncfusion.org.  

Volunteering will fulfil any community service hours needed for school or other organizations.    

This supplemental 6 week program is for 8U-10U recreation players interested in increasing their technical skill with the ball.  Curriculum will be introduced by our NC Fusion Juniors program staff coaches each week to teach important skills including skillful moves, quick turns, passing and receiving as well as intelligent decision making.

During the month of August, Savage Roasters Coffee invited their customers to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar amount to help support Beyond Sports, the NC Fusion Foundation!

We want to send a big THANK YOU to Savage Roasters and their patrons for the $1112 donation!!  The donation will make a huge impact for children across the Triad.

OmegaBall is back for another season! We had a great response last fall, and we’re excited to offer another opportunity to participate in this fast-paced, high-scoring version of traditional soccer. Each event will feature exciting gameplay, food and beverage concessions, and a fun atmosphere. All teams are guaranteed two games on each of our game day events. 

 What is OmegaBall?

OmegaBall is an exciting variation of soccer featuring:

• Three teams and three goals which means a ton of action and goals 

• Five players per team on the field at a time

• No offsides or no throw-ins, just fast paced continuous play

• Games include three 13-minute periods with short breaks in between
