NC Fusion International Program

NC Fusion is excited to offer an International travel program. The program has been organized in an “intentional” way to ensure that the goals of creating an international program are met, while also creating a model that can be used year after year. 

Goals:

NC Fusion is always looking for ways to offer our club’s players, families, & coaches the best possible soccer experiences that we can. We strive to provide opportunities for families to enjoy the sport together & for our players to grow their passion for the Beautiful Game.

This will be an exciting opportunity for your family to attend Premier League / EFL Championship matches, tour behind-the-scenes some of the most iconic stadiums in the world, and have an overall fantastic cultural experience in the UK!

The trips include:

• Ground transportation to/from all included activities
• 24/7 Tour Coordinator
• Tickets to 2 Professional Matches (at least 1 Premier League game)
• Potential to add more matches at an additional cost based on the final TV schedule
• 1-2 Stadium Tours 
• Sightseeing & cultural activities
• Memories to last a lifetime!

The trips are open to all NC Fusion families, and are being offered by our friends at inspiresport, a global leader in sports travel. They offer first-class customer service and have exclusive access to some of the best professional soccer clubs in the world, including Manchester City, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich to name a few.

Payments – once you’ve added items to your Cart, you will see a section for "Payment Options" showing the payment plan dates. Please note that once you complete registration, the system will auto-charge / auto-draft the card or bank account used for registration on the payment plan dates:

• $295/person non-refundable deposit to commit to a trip
• Again, the Payment Plan for each trip is displayed during the registration process

Important Deadlines & Details – The Early Bird Discount deadline for all 4 trips to register and save $300 per person is 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 10^th. Apply the appropriate Discount Code for each trip to activate the discount:

• Thanksgiving Week – TURKEY
• Christmas Break – LETITSNOW
• MLK Weekend – DREAM
• Memorial Day Weekend – REMEMBER

• The Final Deadline to register for the Thanksgiving & Christmas Break trips is Friday, October 9^th.
• The Final Deadline to register for the MLK Weekend & Memorial Day Weekend trips is Friday, October 30^th.

In order for a trip to move forward as planned, we must have at least 15 total paying travelers registered by that specific trip’s final deadline.

• If we do not have enough travelers registered after the final deadline passes, we will refund all of your money paid-to-date.
• However, if another trip does reach 15 total paying travelers, we will offer you the chance to move to that trip.
• If you’re not sure yet if anyone will travel with you at this time, go ahead and sign up now and we will honor the Early Bird Price for any Supporter in your family as long as they sign up by October 9^th.

Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is OPTIONAL but strongly encouraged, and something you must decide if you want to purchase or not. All questions and claims – if you would need to file one – are handled directly by your chosen travel insurance provider.

• Please note – for most travel insurance companies, if you want "pre-existing conditions" covered in your travel insurance, you need to purchase your travel insurance within 15 days of registering for the trip
• Cancel-for-any-reason policies are the best option, but they are more expensive
• Deadline – if you want travel insurance at all, most companies require that it must be purchased at least 21 days before your trip departure

Flight Information – all travelers should purchase international airfare on their own, and plan to arrive in England by 11:00 AM on the day of arrival for your selected trip. Upon arrival, plan to secure your own transfer from the airport to the hotel using Uber, taxi, or public transit.

Fundraising – we have 2 great options for fundraising for your trip:

1. Once you’ve registered, in your account you can create a “Contribution Page” to share with family, friends, and co-workers to ask them to donate money towards your Player’s trip.
2. When logged into your account, click on “Manage Booking” and then “Share Your Contribution Page” to share via email and/or social media.

The amounts donated go directly to your account and reduces the amount of your final balance.

This is a decent option to ask people to give money for Birthday or Christmas gifts.

   2. Click here for Raffle Tickets to sell to raise money for the trip. The prize will be a trip for 2 to Manchester City’s final home game of the 2026/27 Premier League season.
