We are excited to announce the 2026 Winter Indoor Recreation Field Hockey Program. 

We will practice and play inter-squad games on Saturday mornings.

Highly Recommended but NOT REQUIRED for Indoor Field Hockey

The indoor game uses a different type of stick. The sticks on the Longstreth site range in price from $25 - $149.

The indoor game is also much faster and a Left hand glove is often used but again NOT REQUIRED. The gloves on the Longstreth site range in price from $20 - $40.

Program Details:

Who: Open to K-8th grade players

Location: Sedge Garden Recreation Center, 401 Robbins Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107

Cost:

K-3rd Grade = $135

4th-8th = $165

Training Dates: Saturdays

January 10, 17, 24, 31

February 7, 14, 21, 28*

*will be used as a make-up date if needed

Training Time:

9:00am - 10:15am - Grades K-3rd

10:30am - 12:00pm - Grades 4th-8th
