PLAYER EVALUATION INFORMATION FOR RISING 11U PLAYERS

(BIRTHDATES 8/1/15 – 7/31/16)

As we head into the last half of the spring season, it’s that time of year to start planning for the next step in your player’s soccer journey. Our staff has been working hard behind the scenes to prepare and provide intentional experiences to equip and develop players on and off the field and are excited to walk through this journey together. Head to the website and navigate to the TRYOUTS PAGE to find the Academy, Classic and ECNL program information, including tryout dates and fees. We expect to post the coaching slate for next year by May 1st.

Registration for the 2026-27 Competitive Soccer Program is now open via your PlayMetrics account.  The $50 registration fee covers the cost of a dry-fit training shirt, as well as all evaluation and administrative expenses. Players registered before April 15th will receive a $10 discount.

As you are already aware, the age groups will be changing for the upcoming year. All information about why the age groups are changing, as well as the birth date ranges for all new age groups is available on the TRYOUTS PAGE on the website. PlayMetrics will automatically select the correct age group for your player based on the date of birth. Please make sure you refer to the correct age group when viewing the tryout dates.

All rising 11U-19U boys and 11U-15U girls interested in participating on a competitive team for the fall 2026 and/or spring 2027 seasons may now log in to your PlayMetrics account and go to the Club Programs section to register.

Players who are not selected to participate on an Academy: Pre-ECNL, ECRL or ECNL team will be invited to attend the Classic tryouts. The player registration will automatically be transferred to the pre-selected location, no additional registration is required.

Rising 11U & 12U Alamance, Oak Ridge and High Point/Jamestown players interested in trying out for the Academy: Pre-ECNL will need to attend tryouts at either Greensboro (Bryan Park) or Winston Salem (Truist Sports Park). If not selected, you will be invited to attend the Classic tryouts in the self-selected Oak Ridge, Alamance, or High Point/Jamestown area.

6.       If interested in trying out for a Classic level team, please choose the appropriate regional area closest to your home (Alamance, Greensboro, Oak Ridge, Winston Salem, High Point/Jamestown). These teams will train in the self-selected regional area.
